You won’t see results! If you don’t follow the program nothing will change. The program is straightforward and easy to stick to, it fits in with real life rather than taking over your life and we’ll be there to encourage and support you.
What happens after the 21 days?

Where are the training sessions?
Training takes place in our private studio in West Bridgford, Nottingham. It’s got a wide range of equipment to suit different people and their goals.
When are the training sessions?
We have morning and evening training times available ranging from 0630 to 1030 in the mornings and 1730 to 1930 in the evenings.
What happens during a session?
You work through your personalised routine in your own time with our supervision. Yes, we will push you and often we will push you close to your limits but never beyond your limits. We don’t believe that you have to be sore for days and days after a workout to get great results.
