Our One 2 One Coaching is our premium service and the biggest boost you can give your body as a lady in your 40’s or 50’s.

Some ladies just find walking into a group too daunting either because they believe they will ‘be the fat one in the corner’ or that everyone else will be super fit and they will end up embarrassing themselves.

And you know what?

That is fine. We recognise that whilst our group personal training is perfect for the majority, it isn’t right for everybody.

But that doesn’t mean you don’t want to make some serious changes. That you don’t want to lose weight, tone up, start sleeping better, improve your self confidence, improve your sex life or get lots more energy.

If that is you then our One 2 One Coaching is designed specifically with you in mind.

Of course even in a One 2 One setting we still provide a supportive, encouraging and positive environment and I will still push you to your limits. In fact as it will be just you and me I can give you 100% focus and attention ensuring you get the most out of every single hour you spend with me.

As with our small group personal training our One 2 One Coaching takes place in our studio where we can use a wide range of equipment to ensure your workout is effective and fun.

We will work you hard and encourage you to push your limits to obtain the best possible results but we don’t take a boot camp approach. There is no shouting and bawling here thank you very much!

Out of all of our programmes it is our One 2 One Coaching where we work closest with you on your nutrition, over turning 40+ years of bad habits and gradually replacing them with good habits.

We strongly believe that over the last few hundred years we have increasingly and rapidly moved away from the traditional foods which fuelled our evolution and led to increased weight gain, poorer health, totally ruined energy levels and bodies which just don’t function as nature intended.

With our one to one coaching we work with you to not only turn your own clock back but also retune your approach to food so that you can be in optimal shape and health with minimal effort by turning back to our evolutionary roots.

That isn’t to say we are food nazis and if you slip off the wagon a little or have some bread with your evening meal every now and again we will look down on you or tell you off.

We just don’t have that kind of relationship with our Clients and it would be hypocritical of us.

After all we have overcome, and continue to have to overcome, our own food daemons so who are we to judge others who wobble slightly.

We also recognise that you are extremely busy. It’s really not unusual for our Clients to be the keystone of their household. The one without whom everything would fall apart.

My 45th Birthday – I had been ill for weeks ( colds, IBS, lanringytis, tonsillitis) After 7 years commuting long distance, doing erratic exercise and eating junk I weighed in at 12 stone despite being unable to keep food inside. It was not uncommon for me to be sick on the train going to work. I knew something had to change.

Over the summer I stopped eating junk and started running. I lost half a stone and started to feel a bit better but as autumn approached I knew that I would lose momentum and I was also disappointed that my weight loss had reached a plateau.
