What if I can’t stick to it?
You won’t see results! If you don’t follow the program nothing will change. The program is straightforward and easy to stick to, it fits in with real life rather than taking over your life and we’ll be there to encourage and support you.
What happens after the free workout?
You'll have the option of joining us to work towards your long-term health goals. One to One Personal Training starts at £173/month to train with us once a week, going up to £325/month for twice a week. That's around £5 a day, or to put it another way, less than a cup of coffee and slice of cake.
Do you offer a money back guarantee?
We sure do. If, after the first 30 days you aren't completely satisfied with the service we provide then we will not only refund your money but also help you find an alternative option which may be more suitable for you.
Where are the training sessions?
Training takes place in our private studio in West Bridgford, Nottingham. It’s got a wide range of equipment to suit different people and their goals.
What happens during a session?
You work through your personalised routine in your own time with our supervision. Yes, we will push you and often we will push you close to your limits but never beyond your limits. We don’t believe that you have to be sore for days and days after a workout to get great results.

Our One 2 One Personal Training takes place in our studio where we can use a wide range of equipment to ensure your workout is effective and fun. We will work you hard and encourage you to push your limits to obtain the best possible results but we don’t take a boot camp approach. There is no shouting and bawling here thank you very much!
Out of all of our programmes it is our One 2 One Coaching where we work closest with you on your nutrition, over turning 40+ years of bad habits and gradually replacing them with good habits.
That isn’t to say we are food nazis and if you slip off the wagon a little or have some bread with your evening meal every now and again we won't look down on you or tell you off. We just don’t have that kind of relationship with our Clients and it would be hypocritical of us.
After all we have overcome, and continue to have to overcome, our own food daemons so who are we to judge others who wobble slightly...
