Ever seen a picture of one?

Often they can be really extreme.

Massive balloon muscles.

God knows how they find clothes that fit them.

I suspect they don't...

Know how they train?

Lots of repetitions with a light weight.

It's what gives muscles that balloon appearance.

How do you train?

If you want toned, lean muscles then you simply must use a higher resistance.

If you are doing more than 6 reps of an exercise then you should have a very good reason for doing so.
