The best fat loss workout is closing your mouth.

There isn’t a single workout, no matter how intense, that is going to help you lose excess body fat if your nutrition isn’t right.

I learned (and continue to relearn) that the hard way.

When I was trying to get in shape I peaked at training 3 times a day.

Yes, a day.

I’d go to the gym before work and do a swim.

Then at lunch time I’d do a tough weights workout.

And then in the evening do a spin class or play squash.

But my nutrition was poor.

And so I didn’t get that great results.

So yes, the best fat loss workout is just closing your mouth and not overeating.

That's not to say exercise isn’t important, it is crucial, but in order it goes something like this:

  4. Nutrition
  5. Nutrition
  6. Nutrition
  7. Nutrition
  8. Nutrition
  9. Nutrition
  10. Exercise

So if exercise is crucial just imagine how important nutrition must be?
