This is our Small Group Training Program primarily focussed on getting your fitter, slimmer, helping you burn body fat and improving your flexibility.
The training sessions are highly metabolic meaning they increase your capacity to burn body fat exponentially. You can experience an increase in metabolic rate for anywhere between 24-48 hours post exercise.
We focus on exercises that are scientifically proven to help you melt unwanted body fat, tone up stubborn problem areas and improve your fitness without the need for running or traditional boring forms of cardio.
We start you off on our short term 6 Week Transformation Programme to get you some immediate results before working together on your longer term goals.
