We believe that the best way to empower people to make a permanent change to their life is through positivity instead of negativity. Focussing on the steps forward instead of lingering on the things which perhaps haven’t gone so well.

That isn’t to say we will be soft with you though. After all you are paying us for results and we do expect you to try your best to implement the exercise and nutrition principles we will teach you!

Working with us starts from £87/month. We are not your cheapest option out there and we make no bones about that because we believe we are the best. We don’t work on commission, we do know the why behind the what and we actually care about helping your get great results.

All of our training takes place in our private studio in West Bridgford, Nottingham, and is designed specifically to maximise your results by using equipment appropriate to you and your goals so you don’t have to worry about keeping up with other members in the group. You work through your routine in your own time with our overseeing eye.

Yes, we will push you and often we will push you close to your limits but never beyond your limits. We don’t believe that you have to be sore for days and days after a workout to get great results.

After all, who wants to have to be helped up off the toilet because their entire body is wracked in agony from a workout?
