Yoga 

Our yoga is specifically designed for ladies who don't 'do' yoga. 

For us, it's all about breaking down barriers and helping as many people as possible experience the many benefits of yoga in an environement which is both non judgemental and non incense waving. 

With the focus on flexibility and mindfullness, and with classes specifically designed for ladies who are over 40 and beginners or intermediates, we're confident that you'll fall in love with yoga and make it a regular part of your lifestyle. 

To help with your new lifestyle we'll also include a copy of our Nutrition Plan which has been specifically designed to help you tone up, get more energy and start sleeping better.
